Send your project information
After payment you return to a secure Project Information form. You provide the photographs, approximate measurements, priorities, preferences and other information relevant to the package you bought.
We turn the brief into a visual direction
Your information is used to develop an illustrative visual concept and the design guidance included in your package. The concept helps you explore the proposed direction before committing to products or work.
Add planning support where included
Higher-tier packages add project scope, sequence and indicative budget guidance. The £349 Quote-Ready Project Pack also adds local professional research and tools for requesting and comparing quotations.
Receive your initial concept pack
The initial pack is usually delivered within 24–48 hours once all required information is available. Depending on project complexity and the completeness of the information supplied, delivery may take up to seven calendar days.
One structured revision is included
Every package includes one revision within the original brief. Send one consolidated list of reasonable changes and the revised pack will normally be returned within 24–48 hours.

What the information means — and what it does not
Visual concepts are illustrative. They show a proposed design direction and should not be treated as photographs of completed work, measured drawings or construction documents.
Budgets are indicative. They are planning allowances based on the information available. Final prices must come from suppliers and tradespeople who have assessed the actual project.
Professional research is research, not an appointment. The £349 package can identify potential local professionals from public information. Customers should independently check suitability, availability, insurance and qualifications before appointment.
Project2Reality does not replace regulated professional advice. Where required, use architects, structural engineers, surveyors, building control professionals and appropriately qualified tradespeople.
A straightforward online service
Project2Reality uses Stripe-hosted checkout for payments. After a successful payment, the secure Project Information workflow is used to collect the project brief and permitted photographs/files for the purchased package. Full card details are handled by Stripe rather than collected directly by Project2Reality.
The service is designed around clear package boundaries, transparent limitations and controlled customer information handling. For privacy, cancellation and contractual information, use the policies linked from the main website.
