Turnaround and revision included with every package Your initial concept pack will usually be delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive all required customer information. Depending on the package, project complexity and completeness of the information supplied, delivery may take up to seven calendar days. Every package includes one revision: send one consolidated list of reasonable changes within the original brief, and we will normally return the revised concept pack within 24–48 hours.

Project2Reality provides visual concept, visualisation, planning-support, indicative cost and project-information services as described in the package purchased. Package names that use the word “design” describe a non-regulated visual concept service and do not imply architectural, engineering, surveying or other regulated professional services.
2. Visualisations and plans
Visualisations are intended to help you understand a proposed project. Unless expressly stated, they are not architectural, structural engineering, surveying, building-control, planning, electrical, gas, plumbing or other regulated professional advice.
3. Indicative costs
Costs, quantities and budgets supplied by Project2Reality are indicative estimates only and are not quotations or guarantees. Prices, availability, labour rates, specifications and site conditions may change.
4. Products and materials
Product and material suggestions are provided for consideration. You should check current prices, availability, dimensions, suitability and installation requirements before purchase or use.
5. Professionals researched for you
Where we identify potential local professionals, the information is based on publicly available business details, customer reviews and stated services. Project2Reality does not employ, appoint, certify, verify, endorse or guarantee any professional identified through this research. You remain responsible for checking identity, qualifications, insurance, references, reviews, quotations and suitability before appointment.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, checking dimensions and site conditions, obtaining permissions or approvals where required, and ensuring that work is carried out by appropriately qualified and insured professionals where appropriate.
7. Revisions
Every standard package includes one structured revision within the original customer brief. Further revisions, alternative concepts or changes of brief are not included unless separately agreed.
8. Intellectual property
Project2Reality retains rights in its original templates, methods, branding and underlying materials. You may use project-specific deliverables supplied to you for your own project unless otherwise agreed.
9. Cancellation and payment
Payment and consumer cancellation rights are set out at checkout and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable consumer law, Project2Reality is not responsible for losses arising from decisions based on indicative information or the acts of third-party professionals outside our control.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Project2Reality uses Google Ads consent mode to understand whether paid advertising leads to enquiries or purchases. Advertising storage remains denied unless you accept optional tracking. For the small planning-portal leaflet pilot, the dedicated /plan page also records an aggregate visit event on our Netlify hosting when the printed campaign link is opened. Managing cookies

Starting work early
